STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Installed via PPA, and Software Manager, trying to troubleshoot, purged installation between.
2. Opened the Compositions and Effects tabs to a white screen.
3. Attempted to resolve the missing dependency "libkf5declarative" without success.

OBSERVED RESULT
White panels, no tooling.

EXPECTED RESULT
Populated panels with tooling.
