so i cant see anything except the video play i got no timeline or anything else

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
i uh dont know what caused i remember changing a setting might be a display

nothing

I guess you have the issue after a system update. Try this steps: https://docs.kdenlive.org/de/troubleshooting/windows_issues.html#intel-graphic-card-driver.
