A tool to make manga or comic panels more easily. Current tools do a good job but are too time consuming compared to something like medibang's cutter tool. It'll make manga/comic artists' life so much easier. 

It can be implemented to work with the shape tools that already exist in krita like the shape tools and can just be a cutter tool to cut the shapes with the user being able to decide the mortar size.
