STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set up your main desktop with taskbar etc.
2. plug in another monitor, select "extend to the left/right"

OBSERVED RESULT
- The main monitor is the external screen, this cant be changed
- the taskbars switch, the normal one is now on the external screen
- you cant change the main display in kde display menu

EXPECTED RESULT
- selecting the main screen and the secondary screen
- this must be a bug, didnt occur a few versions earlier

FIX: select "primary" with a small tick. Was off by default.
