Sometimes there is no prompt to elevate to administator rights. As you can't run dolphin as root you have to use different methods (sudo nemo).  I can enter root folder, also no prompt.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to copy file that requires root access or enter folder that requires root access.
2. No prompt = error.

OBSERVED RESULT
Error

EXPECTED RESULT
Always prompt for a root access.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS 
Linux/KDE Plasma:  6.0.12-artix1-1 (64 bit)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.101.0
Qt Version: 5.15.7

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This bug does not always occurs sometimes there is prompt for admin right and option to copy file but sometimes there is neither.
