Description Jonathan Croteau-Dicaire 2022-12-18 00:26:28 UTC
I think tracks from an album should be grouped together.
Right now they are separated by artist.

I think there should be an option to group tracks into a single album, even if the artist name doesn't match.

I have some experience working with Qt, but no experience working with KDE,
So if other people think it's a good idea, I could maybe look into it myself.

Comparison with Strawberry

There is a small comparison with Strawberry when you choose to group per album.

+1 for grouping album based only on album title, not on artist names in each track of the album.
At the moment in the "album" view this displays one album per track when the album is a compilation of several artists, which is not easy to navigate.
