Save Kdenlive file to folder (/Desktop/kdenlive/Project1) 3. Close Kdenlive 4. Move assets from /Desktop/Stuff to /Desktop/kkdenlive/Project1/Assets 5. Open kdenlive, get error message about missing assets (expected) 6. Re-Associate the assets (wav files and jpegs) in the new location. 7. Play and confirm things are correct. 8. File --> Save or File Save As OBSERVED RESULT App crashed with the above output EXPECTED RESULT Menu to prompt where to save the file and not crash SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Hardware Overview: Model Name: MacBook Pro Model Identifier: MacBookPro18,1 Chip: Apple M1 Pro Total Number of Cores: 10 (8 performance and 2 efficiency) Memory: 16 GB System Firmware Version: 8419.41.10 OS Loader Version: 7459.141.1 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I can consistently make this happen.
Not found a workaround, the only way I have been able to get around this is to re-create the file from scratch.
As it has been a while since this was reported, can you please test and confirm if this issue is still occurring or if this bug report can be marked as resolved. Please try with the current Kdenlive version 23.08.4 https://kdenlive.org/en/download/
