From the looks of it, I would guess that you have a firewall that is blocking the connection attempts. For these kinds of questions it is usually best to turn to one of your distribution's support forums, or to discuss.kde.org. You are more likely to receive a timely answer there. If you find that there is a specific bug in KDE connect, rather than your system configuration, please feel free to add it as a comment to this bug report.
