Setup:
- git master everything
- Wayland
- Primary screen is 14" 4k 200% scaling
- Secondary is 27" 1080p 100%, connected via HDMI
- Secondary is positioned to the left of the primary


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable the secondary and click "Apply"
2. Re-enable the secondary and click "Apply"


OBSERVED RESULT
Secondary screen is mirroring the primary


EXPECTED RESULT
Secondary screen is returned to its former position before disabling it, and remains in extended mode
