SUMMARY

After hovering over a function, the normal mouse cursor is shown instead of the text cursor. Only when moving the mouse
out of the editor the correct cursor is shown again. This only happens in wayland.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into wayland session
2. Open Kate or Kdevelop
3. Hover over a function
4. Move cursor around the editor(without moving it into any popups)

OBSERVED RESULT
The normal mouse cursor is shown.

EXPECTED RESULT
The text cursor is shown.

Can still confirm that. The cursor swaps back later, but it doesn't behave like it should.
