SUMMARY
Juk always starts with an empty waiting queue (play queue). It should save the queue between restarts.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a song to the waiting queue
2. exit juk
3. reopen juk

OBSERVED RESULT
The waiting queue is empty.

EXPECTED RESULT
The waiting queue shows with all songs added before.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.100.0
Qt Version: 5.15.6

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Tested with 22.04.3, with build from source (shows as 23.03.70) and 22.12.0 as flatpak.
