Demonstration

SUMMARY

Krunner doesn't display correctly the current time in PST. (my system is in CET)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch your timezone to CET
2. Open krunner
3. Type time PST
4. Observe my local time 10/12/2022 5:05 AM
5. Observe Krunner showing that it's 10/12/2022 12:05 AM in PST

However this isn't correct.  CET is 9 hours currently ahead of PST.
This means that it's 09/12/2022 8:05 in PST.

OBSERVED RESULT

Krunner shows that it's 10/12/2022 12:05 AM in PST.

EXPECTED RESULT

I'd expect time and date to be 09/12/2022 20:05 (8 PM) PST.

Looks like there's two timezones abbreviated "PST" according to the Qt time zone library, one in North America with the time you're looking for and one associated with Asia/Manila which is what KRunner shows you.  

I think we should show both results in such cases, ideally disambiguated.
