SUMMARY
***
Auto-rotate doesn't work on my device. Therefore I try rotating manually in plasma-settings. I've tried this in both plasma-mobile-settings and system-settings. Doing so always causes the bottom navigation bar and the top notification bar to disappear. Sometimes the application crashes as well, sometimes the infamous "loginctl unlock-session" screen appears as well.
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to change screen rotation in plasma-settings

OBSERVED RESULT
Top and bottom bar disappears. Doesn't reappear unless rebooted.

EXPECTED RESULT
Screen rotates without fuss.
