SUMMARY:
Unreal Editor's fps is 60 until unmaximized and maximized back (Kde wayland)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Download Unreal Engine binary from official web page (version 5.1 or 5.0.3)
2. Open any test project (Third person, First person, etc..)
3.Press Alt+3 to turn on unlit mode. (this mode massively reduces load on gpu)
4. Turn on fps meter from drop-down menu icon located in left top corner (Before "Perspective" button)
5. Unmaximize and maximize editor's window.
6.Click play and look at the fps counter.

OBSERVED RESULT:
Unreal Editor's fps is 60 until unmaximized and maximized back

EXPECTED RESULT:
Unreal Editor's fps is not locked to 60 right from the start.
