STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open discover and update the system
2. open tasks on the left side
3. shrink the discover window till the tasks window gets cut off on the lower side

OBSERVED RESULT
the tasks window gets cut off on the lower side when the discover window isn`t high enough

EXPECTED RESULT
the tasks window shrinks equally when the discover window shrinks

Adding Devin and closing. This was switched to using Dialogs AFAIR, so it shouldn't be a problem anymore.
