STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Okular on Fedora 37
2. Activate Dark Theme
3. Click on any buttons in the toolbar and hover the mouse over any options.

OBSERVED RESULT
All clickable options appear with a dark background as well as dark text.
This makes it impossible to read any options which the mouse hovers over.

EXPECTED RESULT
When Dark Mode has activated the buttons (including the background of the toolbar) switch to black or very dark grey.
Text on buttons would switch to a white or another light color to contrast the background and make it readable.
