Internet was not limited, but completely not working

Thanks for the bug report. If it works with the Huawei phone, what makes you think this is a bug in KDE software?

I dont know. Im just reporting that something in KDE Neon .iso isnt working.
I previously used ubuntu, i was doing ubuntu-bug to give full HW Probe. Im now on KDE Neon, but cant ubuntu-bug.
Where then i need to report that one phone tethering isnt recognized?
