STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Certain Userbase links, are broken.


OBSERVED RESULT
Lets say you're on this page: https://userbase.kde.org/KNotes
Click (to the bottom of the page) the links: Website and KDE official documentation.

You're getting a 404, with the message: 

Not Found

The requested URL was not found on this server.

I have fixed those links. It's a wiki page so you only need an account and then you can edit it as well.
