SUMMARY
When changing accent color in System Settings > Appearance > Color, task panel and Kickoff application launcher do not apply that chosen color.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings > Appearance > Color
2. Change accent color
3. Edit color scheme (esp. Decoration (hover, mouseover))

OBSERVED RESULT
Task panel and Kickoff stick to the old accent color.

EXPECTED RESULT
Task panel and Kickoff show some elements (e.g. active window) in the new accent color.
