SUMMARY
Ability to adjust visual effects such as translucency, blur and more along with ability to quickly enable or disable animations. Please make sure to make the options to be as simple as possible with toggles and presets such that users can get comfortable in a way that someone with a disability could have a quick and easy setup experience.

We already have all these features:
- Animation speed/on-off toggle is on the Quick Settings page as well as on the General Behavior page
- Translucency and blur are on the Desktop Effects page

Is the issue that you had a hard time finding them? Where were you looking, and what methods did you use to attempt to find them?

This is about Bug 462232, Organizing features relevant to accessibility under settings > Accessibility. So someone with a disability can set things up to their specific needs  quickly in one place.
