SUMMARY

Using Wayland, all pop-up notifications appear in the top-left of the desktop. Changes in the setting/notifications to a different location are not respected. Neon testing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. go to system settings/notifications/custom position and choose top RHS
2. generate a pop-up notification i.e. notify-send 'test'


OBSERVED RESULT
pop-up appears in the top LHS.

EXPECTED RESULT
pop-up appears in the top RHS.

Appears to be a similar issue to 381130? But that's meant to be fixed in this release of Frameworks.

Seems to have been a latte-dock issue. Removed Latte dock and used normal Plasma panels and the issue is resolved.
