(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***)

Package: kwin
Version: KDE 3.0.0
Severity: wishlist
Installed from: RedHat RPMs
Compiler: Not Specified
OS: Linux
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified

I would like to see a "center mouse in window when gaining focus" configuration option in "look and feel"->"window behavior"->"focus".

Why?
I set my focus policy to "Focus under mouse" and "auto raise".
When I switch windows using the keyboard the mouse pointer stands still so the window that i just switched remains without focus when it is not under the mouse. This is quite anoying.

You probably actually want to use the 'Focus follows mouse' policy.
