STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open any app and maximise it
2. open a fullscreen game

OBSERVED RESULT
theres a 1 pixel gap where i can see through the panel to the fullscreen app

EXPECTED RESULT
it shouldnt happen (fixes itself when compositor is off)

sorry my bad, when the fullscreen app disables the compositor, then this issue happens, when i do shift alt f12, it reenables the compositor which fixes the issue temporarily until i open the app again or disable the compositor

I also have this bug;
it appears to happen randomly when the compositor is disabled (~40% chance at every login).

It can be temporarly fixed by bruteforcely changing the panel height or moving it around on other sides of the screen.
