SUMMARY
***
After waking my computer from sleep by pressing the power button, I expect the monitor to wake up from slipe by moving my mouse. However this does not wake the monitor. This worked before kde 5.25.
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Computer is asleep (choose sleep from the start menu), the power light is flashing to indicate this.
2. Press power button to wake it up
3. Move the mouse, which should wake the monitor so I can see the lock screen to enter my password.

OBSERVED RESULT
The monitor stays asleep so I cannot see the login screen.
I have to press a key on the keyboard to wake up the monitor.
I do not want to do this because I am already focused on the password field, so my password is wrong.
As a workaround I have to press an arrow key.

EXPECTED RESULT
I expect the monitor to wake up when moving the mouse so I can enter my password in the lock screen.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
I am on neon, 5.26.3, using X11.

Tried with another usb port and it works. Must be something related to my hardware.
