SUMMARY

I am using Breeze Twilight, and when I use Konqueror as a web browser, the scroll bars look one way, but when I use Konqueror as a file manager, they look different.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konqueror and navigate to a web page.
2. Observe the scroll bar
3. Control-w to get back to the file manager
4. Open your $HOME folder
5. Observe the scroll bar

OBSERVED RESULT

Scroll bars should reflect Breeze Application Style

EXPECTED RESULT

They do not when web browsing

Unfortunately, the scroll bar in the web browser view are handled internally by QtWebEngine, which doesn't allow the application using it to change them in any way, so I doubt this can be fixed.
