SUMMARY

After upgrade to Plasma 5.26.3 yakuake became really small in vertical height. When trying to manually adjust the height yakuake seems to "hit some limit" and doesn't expand beyond 256 columns and 6 rows on a 4K screen.
Tried multiple versions starting from 22.03.90 and up to 22.08.3 which leads me to believe that something has changed in Plasma or QT Frameworks which breaks the height calculation.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open yakuake
2. Try adjusting height by dragging border.

OBSERVED RESULT
Yakuake can shrink in height but cannot be increased after "restoring" original size (for me it's 6 rows). Adjusting number of rows and columns has no effect.

EXPECTED RESULT
Yakuake can change height freely
