I'm running this on Fedora 36 in KDE Plasma 5. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Try to save a file, save dialog looks like Gnome style instead of KDE/QT style. Did you also install Kate as a Flatpak? I wonder if we can do whatever Kate did for the dialogs in a Flatpak environment.
