SUMMARY
Allow user to switch to another virtual desktop using mouse wheel without closing "Overview effect", so user know what applications is currently open or running in another desktop.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate Overview effect.
2. Navigate to another virtual desktop using mouse wheel.

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happen. Need to click "Desktop x" to switch from another virtual desktop.

EXPECTED RESULT
Overview effect should allow user navigate between desktop without leaving or closing effect.
