STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. hibernate
2. wake up after one night

OBSERVED RESULT
Xorg use about 30% cpu, and UI lags a little.

EXPECTED RESULT
Normally, Xorg should use 3-7% cpu.

Windows: 
macOS: 
Linux/KDE Plasma: 22.10
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.98.0
Qt Version: 5.15.6

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
After upgrade from Ubuntu 22.04 to 22.10, this problem occurs.
And, after call `kwin --replace`, Xorg cpu usage is back to normal.
