STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. right-click on desktop and choose 'Add widgets...'
2. click on 'All widgets' beside the search field
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
widget categories in random order. Please see the attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
widget categories sorted alphabeticaly

The categories are sorted alphabetically on Plasma 5.26.3.
