STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open kate (preferably terminal to see exception)

OBSERVED RESULT
Not opening at all

EXPECTED RESULT
Opening the selected file

Qt Version: 5.15.7

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Rolling back the package to version `22.08.3-1` fixes the issue
