ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Comment 1 Tobias Zwick 2025-05-06 17:50:46 UTC
I cannot reproduce this with Dolphin 25.04.0 (KDE Frameworks 6.13.0, Qt 6.9.0, in Fedora 42 KDE Plasma Desktop Edition - Wayland).

Oh, wait, now I could, for a moment.

What I did:
1. Insert an Audio CD, copy all the files in the Opus directory
2. Eject it, insert a new Audio CD. Copy all the files in the Opus directory.
3. Cancel the process. Browse to the Audio CD anew.
4. Now, Dolphin showed the tracks from the audio CD I inserted before

Tapping on the Audio CD in the navigation bar again updated the view, now the correct tracks were shown.
Comment 3 Tobias Zwick 2025-05-06 18:02:16 UTC
It looks like the only workaround that currently works reliably is to exit Dolphin and restart after each CD
