SUMMARY
The booklet "Getting Started with KDE Frameworks" does not explain how to add help to an application.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Follow the instructions of the booklet.

OBSERVED RESULT
The resulting application does not have help except for the About box.

EXPECTED RESULT
The resulting application shall have document help.

This is not about user documentation, which is the scope of docs.kde.org. Unfortunately develop.kde.org doesn't have a bugzilla component, so I guess the only way is to report it to https://invent.kde.org/documentation/develop-kde-org/-/issues
