Maybe open this ticket directly in the browser and try again or use this URL https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Labplot_Nightly_win64/lastSuccessfulBuild/ and download the exe file from here.
Hi, I have install the version you sending me, it still not working. Every time I open the labplot, it would pop-out for a second and shut down immediately, and it would not show any crash report. I cannot reproduce this problem. LabPlot is working without any problems on windows11 on my side. How did you install LabPlot? For your user only or for all users on your computer?
I have tried 2 ways to install labplot. I have tried downloading it directly windows 64bits version from labplot website as well as download it from microsoft store, but none of them works. Is there any way that I can run some diagonal so I can see the problem? There is sth I forgot to mention, I choose “install for everyone” when I install the software, but I am the only one using this desktop. And when I try to open a Labplot file saved on my Macbook (which the labplot 2.9 works perfectly fine), the labplot would also open for second then turn itself off. To perform the analysis or at least to collect some relevant information that we can use to understand and to fix the problem, you'll need to install Window's debuging tootls - https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=266248. Once this is installed and you start labplot again, you should get a more actionable crash report.
We release recently 2.10 (https://labplot.kde.org/2023/03/21/labplot-2-10/) and it's working well on windows11. Please try out with this release and in case you still have problems, reopen the ticket and we check again.
Hi I have downloaded the newest version of lab plot and it works perfectly! Thank you so much! It really helps me a lot.
