SUMMARY
All windows started as non-maximized, hang after maximization. Can be reproduced with any maximized window: Firefox, Konsole, Dolphin, etc.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run any app in non-maximized window.
2. Press Maximize button.

OBSERVED RESULT
The window hang until restored to its initial state.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should not hang.
