STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Configure keyboard shortcuts.
2. Set cutom shortcut for main toolbar or quick annotation toolbar (say shift+alt+M & A). 
3. Apply
4. Try new shortcut.(It works)
5. Open sidebar.
6.Try new shorcut.(It doesn't work)
7.Open Configure keyboard shortcuts.(Corresponding entries have been reset)

OBSERVED RESULT
Newly set keyboard shortcuts for toolbars work until sidebar is opened and is reset on doing so.

EXPECTED RESULT
Custom shortcuts persist until expliicitly changed.
