SUMMARY
Applications start with keyboard shortcut defined in  .desktop file using X-KDE-Shortcuts doesn't have correct systemd scope name

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any applications that have X-KDE-Shortcuts in .desktop using defined shortcut
2. Open the same application using application launcher or desktop icon
3. Open Plasma System Monitor

OBSERVED RESULT
Application opened with keyboard shortcut use process name instead of user-friendly application name and doesn't have correct icon but application opened  with desktop icon/application launcher doesn't have the former behavior

EXPECTED RESULT
Both application behave the same as the one that are opened with desktop icon/application launcher

Operating System: Kubuntu 22.04
KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.6
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.92.0
Qt Version: 5.15.3
