KDE Connect already allows to connect a Plasma PC to another one (or a Plasma Mobile device to a Plasma PC).
Based on that, it would be awesome if KDE Connect could share common settings and data of the two Plasma Installations

For example:
- Passwords stored in KWallet (enables KWallet to be a shared PW manager).
- Settings made in Systemsettings like hotkeys, colorscheme, nightcolor, general look and feel, regional settings).
- Settings made in KDE applications like Dolphin (taskbar layout, remote folders), Okular (taskbar layout, display settings), Kontact (mail-accounts, mailfilter, notifications settings).

This could be on an explicit base (the user has to initiate syncing and its done just once) or automatically (every time, when a change is made). I would expect a significant simplification of setting up a new PC if you already have another one and taking care of multiple installations.

From the technical point of view, I would say a protocol/API makes sense, that applications can use to share settings, so they somehow report what settings are sharable to KDE connect which shows that in the GUI.
