Adding annotation to pdf file using Typewriter. 
Writing in cyrillic notes can't be seen at all. Writing in Serbian latin some letters aren't seen *Č, Ć

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open pdf file
2. F6 to start annotation
3. Change keyboard and write with Serbian keyboard

OBSERVED RESULT
In typewriter pop-up I can see the words correctly, but on document some letters aren't show *Š is seen, but Č,Ć aren't.
Cyrillic not seen at all in the document.

You should really try something that is not more than 2 years old before filing a bug.

I've tried snap version of Okular, but I'm still facing the same issue.
okular                                22.08.2                     119    latest/stable  kde✓              -

How can I try the latest version to check if it has the same issue ? or is 22.08.2 the latest one?

Snap is probablt still using an old poppler because Ubuntu

See https://i.imgur.com/wzaNziy.png for what a current Okular with a current poppler will give you.

Not much I can do if you're using old stuff, you could probably try  Okular from flathub, it should be better.
