Flickering tooltip shown

The tooltip on hover of truncated filenames flickers. Please see the attached video. This does not happen to other tooltips, e.g. when hovering over the clock. I'm on wayland.

Already fixed with the port to a different scrollview type for Plasma 5.27. Unfortunately it could not be backported.
