It would be nice to have the option "send picture with gmail"

Now Send By Mail only supports email programs. There is neither a Gmail app for Windows or Linux. Send By Mail does not send directly to an e-mail service, but rather to a desktop e-mail program. You can then set up your Gmail access in any e-mail desktop program. Remember that you have to enable pop3 or imap in your Google account and create a corresponding third-party e-mail program password.

For me, this wish to add Gmail to Send By Mail is out of scope.
