SUMMARY
***
RFE: allow use of a second GPU when launching applications
***
I have both an internal (IGP) graphics chip on the motherboard, and an
AMD add-on card. Using Gnome, there is an option to "Run <application>
on discrete graphics card", but I don't see an equivalent with Plasma.

This would be highly desirable for some users.

The recommended workaround says to right-click on the app icon, select Edit Application, then tick on an option under Advanced Options. However there is no such option on any of the apps I have looked at, even though the second GPU is installed and visible to the system.

This is under X11, if it matters.

That sounds like a different bug: the multi-GPU detection not working properly there.
