SUMMARY

Currently if setting one display on top of another the middle vertical snapping is not available. When moving the screen position manually it hard to center one display above another perfectly in the middle. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect 2 screens to the PC
2. Align one display on top of another
3. Try to make centers of the displays align

OBSERVED RESULT
The displays do not snap when their horizontal axes collide .

EXPECTED RESULT
The displays snaps when their horizontal axes collide .
