Color layout when Logging layout was previously selected

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select the Logging or Editing layout
2. Select the Color layout

OBSERVED RESULT
The Color layout has unwanted section, like Speech Editor or Online Resources

EXPECTED RESULT
The Color layout should be the same as when changing from Audio to Color or from Effects to Color.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: Pop!_OS 22.04
MLT: 7.9.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.99.0
Qt Version: 5.15.6 (built against 5.15.6)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It was the same with the previous versions of Kdenlive.

Thanks for reporting. 
I can confirm this behavior following your steps. Tested on Windows.

The issue still exists in 24.12.0.
Workaround: select layout “Effects” and then choose “Color”, then the “Color” layout show up correctly.
