STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. use Wayland
1. open the standalone 'Connections' KCM:
$ kcmshell5 kcm_networkmanagement
2. maximize the window
3. open the comboboxes

OBSERVED RESULT
misplaced dropdowns. Please watch the attached screen recording.

EXPECTED RESULT
the observed bug should not occur

Tested on Arch (Plasma 5.27 beta) and neon unstable, cannot reproduce.
