A touchscreen notebook. Applications are not showing fullscreen in Plasma Mobile session

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Plasma Mobile session
2. Launch konsole
3. Show virtual keyboard
4. Launch kate from konsole using physical keyboard

OBSERVED RESULT
Kate not opened in fullscreen

EXPECTED RESULT
Kate opened in fullscreen

KDE Plasma Version: 5.26

Running the mobile shell alone doesn't change anything wrt window management.

If you want windows to be maximized go to Systemsettings > Window Management > Window Behavior > Advanced > Window Placement and select Maximized

1. Start Plasma Mobile session
2. Launch kate

Kate opened in fullscreen

Or alternatively: Appearance > Global Theme and select "Plasma Mobile". This applies the placement policy as well as other setting automatically

not fullscreen only for
1. Start Plasma Mobile session
2. Launch konsole
3. Show virtual keyboard
4. Launch kate from konsole using physical keyboard

In other cases app fullscreen

Save File dialog is not fullscreen.
