Unfocused settings window with bug shown

SUMMARY
Some Qt input fields, along with the title bar text of unfocused windows are transparent/translucent, showing the wallpaper or window behind their window. This does not occur when kwin is temporarily killed, and occurs with any Aurorae and Qt themes, as well as the Lightly application style. 
This happened when I reinstalled the newest release of Endeavour OS, and has not happened to me before.
