SUMMARY If I manually deactivate the internet connection, I will get a pop-up saying that there are problems with the internet connection ("limited connectivity"). I should not get this warning if there is a connectivity "issue" because I manually unticked the internet connection sources in the system tray myself. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Click the wifi icon in the system tray. 2. Untick wifi, cable, and other options to connect to the internet if any. OBSERVED RESULT A system notification pops up complaining about limited connectivity. EXPECTED RESULT It should know that *I* deactivated the internet connection and not interpret that as a problem. On neon unstable the notification says 'Connection <connection name> deactivated' after disconnecting with click on 'Disconnect' button or by activating the airplane mode. This notification is distractive and unnecessary.

Thanks for the bug report, and I'm sorry we weren't able to get to this yet. Can I ask you to check in Plasma 6.4 or later to see if it's still happening? Thanks a lot!
