SUMMARY
Animated launch indicator over panel's Icon is wrongly positioned (shifted to the top).
See screenshot.
This was working fine in Plasma 5.25.5.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Place an application's Icon on the panel.
2. Click the icon to launch the application.

OBSERVED RESULT
Animated launch indicator over panel's Icon is wrongly positioned (shifted to the top).

EXPECTED RESULT
Animated launch indicator over panel's Icon should be centered.
