I am using a Debian Bookworm machine with Wayland and Okular 22.04.3.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a pdf document (e.g. empty pdf).
2. Zoom in so that there is a part of the document on the right which is outside the view
3. Make a note.
4. Move the note on the right side, outside the view, with the mouse.

OBSERVED RESULT
The note disappears.
It is still there the yellow square does not appear.
You need to move the note a bit so that it re-appears.

EXPECTED RESULT
The note should be visible.
